SPICE media production is a German-owned company, which is running one of Europe’s biggest content production studios for webshop, e-commerce fashion and product photography/videography.

Our clients are international fashion and outdoor brands like Mustang, Lee and Haglöfs. Our clients provide us with their new collections – several thousand articles every year – of which we produce photos and videos with or without models in a factory style process according to their current campaign, look, and feel. With our high-quality content production and strong team of ecommerce experts, SPICE media is supporting brands and retailers to increase their online business sales.

Our vision is to become a globally present public Boutique Content Factory which is offering technologically front running services for the entire content creation market. In the short term, this means further expansion in Asia, developing of new challenging technologies and innovations.

YOUR TASKS

• You are the first point of contact for our international customers and are responsible for the project
• You are responsible for Concept Design and Development based on the client wishes and commercial aspects
• You transfer the visual content conceptions to the teams and are responsible for the content, technical and deadline implementation of the visual conception and briefing requirements
• You will accompany and control the shootings of your customers in cooperation with our internal production and styling team
• You take care of your customers' projects - managing daily communication and requests of the clients and satisfying customer needs
• Quality assurance of production and content
• You are responsible for project supervision

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree or a comparable education in the field of design, marketing, communication or fashion and a minimum of 2 years of fashion industry experience
• You have experience in project management
• You have an international background
• You are responsible, sociable and enjoy leading and working together in a team
• You distinguish yourself through your conception, communication, and consulting skills
• You have a very good visual imagination and an aesthetic feeling for look & feel and modern imagery
• You have experience to create and roll-out visual information tools for the production team
• You are customer and service oriented
• You have professional experience in a shooting or agency environment
• You are interested in the international content trends
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills
• German language is an advantage
• You have strong knowledge in MS Office, especially PPT and Photoshop/InDesign
• Marketing experience only is not relevant
